Booking Your Appointment

Appointments can be requested online through our booking form or by contacting the salon. Your preferred date and time are confirmed once we accept the request and any required deposit is received.

Please share the style you want, your desired length, and photos when possible so we can estimate timing and pricing accurately before your visit.

Deposits

A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your final service total.

• •Services under $200 — $25 deposit
• •Services between $200–$400 — $50 deposit
• •Services over $400 — $100 deposit

Deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with enough notice (see below), your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your time to another client.

• •Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit to a new date.
• •Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment forfeit the deposit.
• •Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.
• •You may reschedule once with 48+ hours notice. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, the deposit is forfeited and future bookings may require a higher deposit or prepayment at our discretion.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time so we can complete your style without rushing. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled so we can stay on schedule for the next client.

If a late arrival causes us to cancel or significantly shorten your service, the deposit is non-refundable.

Final Pricing

Quoted prices and menu ranges are estimates. Final pricing depends on hair length, density, braid size, added hair, custom design, and the time required.

Any price adjustment will be discussed before we begin. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Contact us as soon as possible by phone, text, WhatsApp, or our contact form. Include your name and appointment date so we can update your booking quickly.
