At Pejah, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Many of our braiding services require several hours of dedicated attention, so we ask that appointments be booked thoughtfully and that clients arrive on time. These policies help us provide a calm, organized experience, respect the time of every client and every braider, and ensure the quality of care you deserve.
Request your appointment online through our booking form or by contacting the salon directly. Once we review your request and receive any required deposit, we’ll confirm your appointment.
To help us prepare for your visit, please include your desired style, preferred length, and reference photos whenever possible. This allows us to provide an accurate time estimate and service quote before your appointment.
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your final service total. Because many of our services require several hours of dedicated time, deposits help us schedule each appointment fairly and prepare for your visit.
If you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to one new appointment date.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly for everyone.
If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Future appointments may require a higher deposit or full prepayment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled so we can remain on schedule for other clients.
The prices listed on our website are estimates. Your final price depends on factors such as your hair length, hair density, braid size, desired style, added hair, and the time required to complete your service.
If your final price is different from the estimate, we'll discuss it with you before we begin. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by phone, text, WhatsApp, or our contact form. Include your name and appointment date so we can update your booking quickly.
